Dan received his Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Dan is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Home Builders Association of Georgia.

Matt has been in the Mortgage business since 1991 where he took his first job at Traditional Mortgage Corporation. He has since worked for Gainesville Bank & Trust as an AVP, Homestar Mortgage/Opteum financial services and SunTrust Mortgage as an AVP. Matt currently is a officer in the Snellville branch of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. He takes great pride in providing his clients with exceptional service. He is known for going the extra mile with his clients making sure that each loan is structured to meet their needs. Jay has been recognized several times in his career for his expertise in mortgage banking. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University where he majored in marketing.
Jay gives back to the community in numerous including serving as a mentor to
a 12 year old in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Atlanta organization. In his spare time, Jay enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his
family.
