How do I do that?

Our Dream Home builders are uniquely equipped with many specific features that allow you to personalize your home. Some of these options you may specify during your appointment with the sales consultant to execute your Purchase Agreement. The timing of these selections is very early in the process to provide appropriate time for ordering materials and scheduling of subcontractors for efficient building of your home.

Shortly after your agreement has been accepted, your sales consultant will provide you with contact information for your Interior Design/Decorator appointment, along with a clear discussion of the timing, payment policies, and cut off dates for your selections, which must be completed following the guidelines in the Purchase Agreement. This appointment is your second opportunity to personalize your home. Your will meet at the Design Center, and with expert guidance from our designer, make selections and choose options that take your exceptional home, to a new level, one that is distinctively your Dream Home.
