It is finally here, you are moments away from calling it Home Sweet Dream Home! Prior to closing you will attend your final walk-through with the superintendent to sign off on the home. The home is beautiful and just the way you wanted, any concerns from the previous walk were completely addressed and all that remains is the legal change of ownership. Your sales consultant will meet you at the closing attorney. You will sign the final documentation, with funding in place, keys are presented and then, that exceptional Dream Home is yours!
